Hi!

After doing a post, the forum can be set to go TO that post (in Profile). I know how to do that. But is there a GLOBAL setting to do this for everyone?

Thankyou!

Ken.

That setting is only available for each member in their "Look and Layout Preferences", no global setting.

Actually, you can reset this option for members but they can always change it back. Admin > Themes and Layout > Reset Options > Click Reset Options for all members (of the theme you want to do this on). > Change this setting Return to topics after posting by default.

Ken.

Thanks IchBinâ„¢, I missed that one.  :)

Thanks, guys. Got excited about this, but dang-nabbit, on Neptune-TP (that I think you uploaded, IchBin), SMF 1.1.3 and TP 0.98, soon as I click Reset Options, I get just an error message: "Unable to load the 'reset_list' template." What to do? *wrings hands in deepest pain...* lol

Do you get this on just that theme? Try other themes and see if the same error exists.

I believe I've successfully set this globally by going to the SMF theme and doing it for Neptune there, thankyou IB!
