Hot Weather

The last 3 days we have had the warmest weather this summer 24 Celsius, but they say it will climb to 26-27 to this weekend

The 'Triad' area here in NC has been in the high 90's for about three weeks now, heres a quote and a pic from our local TV weather department.
We've broken several one day records during this period as well! The good news is that we may cool down next week... maybe.

By the end of this week we will be going on more than 20 days of 90 degrees or above! Our average each year is about 32 days of 90 degrees or above.

I don't believe in the global warming theories. I do however think the earth is in a warmer climate time. Just like in the 20's when it was so cold for so long people were saying we were going to enter an ice age. Just my $.02.

I can handle the heat ok. What bothers me living here in Utah is when we don't get rain. We had a 32 day spawn of no precipitation what so ever. It gets so dry here when that happens. And we always have big fires when that happens too.

Agreed, Global Warming is junk science.. we've had ice ages before.. the planet is in constant change. Egypt was quite a fertile land when the Pyramids were built.

Well maybe, but we had no AC in our home or car then so it's hard to make a comparison ... actually we had no electricity in our house until I was about 17-18. 

That was a long time ago Jeff so I don't remember so well, it's an older than dirt kind of thing doncha know.

I do understand with both parents in there 70's~~
