Picture in registation page not show

Hi,
I installed SMF 1.1.3 + Polish language UTF-8. Themes default. All work OK. See pic1.
After I install Tiny Portal 0.9.8. All work OK, but in registration page image verification not schow (CAPTCHA). See pic2
The same, if default language is English.
Please help me solving this problems.
