Problem with Downloads after upgrading to 1.1.3

I just upgraded to 1.1.3 & everything worked great until I tried to get into my downloads section. I then got an error saying my files were all at 1.1.3 but my database was still 1.1.2 & it said to run the upgrade.php Which I did. Now I get this error.

Can't create/write to file 'C:\WINDOWS\TEMP\#sql_13b8_0.MYD' (Errcode: 17)
File: D:\inetpub\vhosts\hdas.ca\httpdocs\main\Sources\TPdlmanager.php
Line: 360

I even tried installing the new version of TP for 1.1.3. I ran the TP_install.php & got a page full of error & the same result with the downloads section.

Any ideas???

You don't run the TP_install.php in your browser. That file is for the package install through the package manager. You need to run the manual_tp_install.php file.

I have also run Manual_tp_install.php & am getting the same error.

I think you have uploaded the wrong package.
Download the manual package and extract it, upload all the files to your forum directory.
Then point your browser to the manual_tp_install.php and it will have the correct files to read from.
