I know this is an SMF issue, but TP support is 10x better than SMF support and I really need some help.  My site has been down for over 7 hours, and I need it back up and running before this evening or else I'm in deep doodie.

Here's what's going on.

I went to sleep, everything was fine, woke up, and got this error on the homepage (which i removed the dbuser and password from for my safety) Database Error: Access denied for user: 'dbo184743132@%' to database 'db184743132'
File: /homepages/28/d156825445/htdocs/bn/Sources/Subs.php
Line: 2641

I did some research on SMF's site and realized that my log files were causing my database to be over the max limit for size.  So I went into my sql and emptied the log and backlog log (which were both HUGE), but the size of the database still shows that I am -56.46 MB.

I ran the repair_setting.php file, but that didn't work because I keep getting this Queryless URLs: Value not found! and it never really runs properly I don't think.

I hope this doesn't get deleted, since it is a SMF issue, but hopefully someone has been through this, or knows what to do tell me to do.

Thanks in advance for anything what so ever.

Sounds like a hosting issue. DId you talk to your host about it yet?

Jpg

It could be a hosting issue...
Did you try running repair in phpmyadmin to all your tables?

insanemustang

Sorry, I know all about TP and SMF, but what exactly is "run repair" on your tables.

My host has been working perfectly.  I have 7 different tables, none of the others are acting this way.  Talking to them is darn near impossible anyways :/

I need a new host with a better support system and control panel while I am at this...

I found out how to run a repair, and I got #1044 - Access denied for user: '' to database '' obviously I removed the database stuff in there

IchBin

access denied probably means that either your user has been removed or permssions have been removed from your access to the MySQL Server. You need to contact your host.

Thanks ich, I am on the phone with them now.  I might as well fly to Korea and learn the local language.

What exactly should I tell them?
