Problem Installing, not sure what exactly?

I uploaded all the files and changed the files they told me to in the manual installation thing. Here are pictures of what I think is wrong.

I tried this language fix, it was already set to just plain english, so I don't think that was the problem

This one is solved.  Seem the language files that was in the package they had were not complete.
