installing on a theme help

are there themes that tp will install straight onto
if not can someone help me throught it or show me where to look
after that i will work on mods and arcade installs on that theme
not concerned with a certain theme yet
just one to do and learn on

Yes..
Look in every theme board here.. all themes here at TinyPortal work with TinyPortal.
Just make sure to install the themes labeled '*****_TP'
