Downloads only for certain Post Count based groups?

Is it possible to make certain downloads downloadable only for specific membergroups?
I would like to put a number of free ebooks in the download section to encourage visitors to register, but make the ability to download the majority of them dependable of the numer of posts that the member has made on the forum.

Example: 10 free ebooks in total, upon registration new members can download only 4 of them, 3 other ebooks only after they have a minimum of 10 posts, the rest (3) only for members who have at least 25 posts.

This is -of course- to prevent people to be able to register, download all the ebooks and then disappear into thin air and never be seen again ... 

Is this possible???

At this time there is no such option with in TP downloads.

Might be an excellent idea for a new Mod!
