Package install goes well, but results in blank page

My plan was to install TinyPortal on a running forum. This forum has some themes installed and the Dutch language packet. Before installing TinyPortal, I set both theme and language to default.

I uploaded teh package and installed the mod, which seemed to go very smooth.

But when I clicked the link to 'restart the forum', all I saw was a totally blank page. Clicking 'view source', there was no html code at all.

Any idea what I can do in this situation? I have restored a backup, so I have no real problem, just that i would like to use TinyPortal

If that happens when you try to install every time I can only suggest that you try the manual install method.

Wow, that is what I call a quick reply!

Well, 'everytime' is a big word, since I tried only once. I am used that things that I repeat exactly have always the same outcome when dealing with software. If not, I do not trust the software anymore. 

I can try the manual installation, thanks for the suggestion.
