Theme problem

When downloading tiny portal ( the newest version , 0.98) i always get this error when try to upload it
10.     Execute Modification     ./Themes/default/index.template.php     Test failed

Why does that appear?


What can I do to get it not have a error and to work.

Are you installing into a clean 100% working SMF forum installation?
There are no other mods installed, correct?
Are you installing into the default theme?

Yes,  any mod you install need to be installed in the default theme.  then after the install you can make any edits to work with the theme you  are using.  Also on the tp mod you have to use special tp themes to use it.  So if you were trying to install in regular smf custom theme you will get errors.  Try installing in the default theme and then download one of the tp themes and see if that will work.  If not search the problems you are having. Then if you still cant get it post back and we will help.
