Show date option

I have a suggestion for tp,

When you create an article, maybe an option to 'show date' of the article could be put in ( just like show frame/title, only show date)

I think that would be excellent to have

Also, might as well have a "show/don't show author" option as well.

Eliminating the "who/when" would be nice for articles that are pure code.
