Help installing?

Well I downloaded TP, and I'm running version 1.14 SMF, and when I went to download it said failed opening required in Sources/Packages on line 552? Can someone help?

Permission issues on the folders and files tinyportal need to change during the install.
Eather use the permission setting throiugh the package manager and set all files writable, or download and install tinyportal manual package, How to if found in the doc section ( modinstruction )
