Upgrading from 0.9.7 to 0.9.8

My apologies if theres a guide on this, but I could not find it. Apparently I installed TP 0.9.7 on March 17, 2007 and then TP 0.9.8 was released on March 18, 2007  :buck2:- I was wondering if there was any upgrade package available without doing a clean installation since I do not want to lose my blocks + articles. Please advice as to what I should do, and if its worth the upgrade (any major changes or security issues that is fixed in the newer version)

What you should do is backup your site. Then install TP 0.9.8. It should not change anything. If something happens, you will have a backup to restore.

More or less it's just replacing the old files with new ones, then point the browser to the file manual_tp_install.php and TP is updated.

(this is with the manual install package)
