Hello, i'm trying to install TP on a new forum but the test failed on /index.php and /themes/default/index.template.php.

Please let me understand why i get error on index.php. What's wrong in it?

I have already make searches but i did not find anything!
And what keywords have i to use to search?

All results i get are topics about index.template.php! I need help about index.php!
I asked to let me to understand what's wrong in my index.php.
I'm using SMF v1.1.4 and the latest version of TP.

It seems that there is not any other topic on this forum that discuss about my problem.

Sorry for my english...

You said index.php and index.template.php. Had you read the threads you found about index.template.php you would find out what the problem is and how to fix it. For both files, it is the same problem. They have either been modified by another mod (so TinyPortal cannot find the code it needs because its been changed by another mod). Manual install is your only way unless you start with fresh SMF files.

I solved it!
I know about manual install but i opened this topic because i was sure that index.php and index.template.php were original, with no modifications by any other mod.

Sorry for useless topic :(
