Right Block Error

Hi,

Whenever I go to the tpadmin / edit blocks I get this Error:

General TP settings for Right block are: Right Block Off, Hide Right Block in forums Yes There Are No Right Blocks Listed.

I am using: Tiny Portal v0.75 on SMF v 1.1rc
I have the Follwing Mods Installed: Users Online Today Mod 1.2.0 RC1, along with a manual install of SMF Arcade

Read that... but didn't see a resolved issue regarding line 1132.... on re-reading it I just noticed bloc said might be a bug there and he was looking into it.   

went ahead and placed an html box in the right block section left it off, and the error went away
