instalation seems ok but i dont see panels

Everything installed ok and works fine shows all panels in default theme but i am using the dilbermc theme i changed the theme from default to dilbermc and tp does show fine but no panels?? i tried changing settings in admin but still no panels

Not sure what to do please help

do i need to mod the index.template.php in dilbermc theme??

Are you using the dilber mc theme that has been converted for tp.   If not look here  http://www.tinyportal.net/index.php?topic=5554.0

any edits you had to make to make it work the first time in the dilber mc theme you will have to make again.  There may be a way to do it different but I am not sure .  Use the search and see if you find anything
