TP0.9.8 and SMF 1.1.2 default theme

I installed TP0.9.8 with SMF default theme. How do you put these three blocks, like two columns on the front page?

Possibly because it didn't make the edits that it was supposed to. You should try a reinstall. If that doesn't do it you will probably have to add the code manually.
