Broken Links across Forum

I installed a new version of SMF (my old site was using mambo) and restored the backup to the site. I then installed tinyportal for 1.1 RC1 and everything seems to work fine. For some reason however when you goto forum and then try to access individual boards. topics, or posts, it tries to open pages like,

/index.php/topic,240.msg941/topicseen.html, of course these places don't exist, so what has tinyportal done, and how can i fix this.

Definitely a database thing, looking at an install the problem only reoccurred when i restored the backup.

Found it's somewhere in the 'settings' table, whilst restoring the backup one step at a time.

Right for anyone who's used mambo in the past and is switching to tinyportal. Make a backup of your database, reinstall SMF completely, and then apply tinyportal mod. Then restore your database backup BUT do not restore the 'settings' table, otherwise it'll give you nasty broken links.
