Propblem with link and author

hello..

i've went to smf they coudnt find out what my problem is and they've asked me to come here as maybe my tiny portal have problem..

my problem is...

i have problem with the catogery board link..whenever i click on it..it will return to home not to the catogery board itself..i'm using smf with tiny portal

how can i solve this problem?

sorry to disturb you all..i've search for this problem before i post in here and cudnt find it..

one more thing..about the author for articles..i choose to hide the authors' name but it still appear..what should i do?

The link looks fine to me. Could you try to explain your problem again?

As for the author, how did you choose to hide the author's name? You need to go to the Visual Options for the article and decide what things you want to show there.

Example:try to click on the catogery board(the red one which is after IslamUnity.Com Is Catogery board)

it wont return to the catogery board but directly to Home..the one which should be in that function(to home) is the first(islamUnity.Com)

and for the author...yes i did as u said...but the author name.. still appear..

You're talking about the linktree, just below where the menu is? I never use those so I don't even notice them.

Seems to be a problem with the theme. Try switiching to the default theme and see if you have the same problem.

I don't know what to tell you about the articles. That's the only place where you can set the options. I've never heard of them not working right.

I saw his question on SMF a coupple of days ago, and have been trying to replicate his error, but i cant, so i have to agree with JPDeni, i think it's your theme thats causing this.
Perhaps Block or one of the themers know where to look for the linktree order in that theme.

Have you made it your self ? Is it update to work with the SMF and TP you have ? And where did you get it from ?

Yes the link tree..forgive me for my english..and for my limited knowledge on smf and tp..

however the default theme is also facing the same problem...

and about the article..now u  heard that it is not working right ..really i dont know why and  how it could  happened to be like that..
