And i just say t's not any SMF or TP error, i get the very same error fro the Cpanel folder so it's creating that error even outside the SMF and TP install.
If your host is giving you any other answer, they should not be running a hosting service

If you are not willing to even look at the error on their server, and we caant get in from eather ftp, or Cpanel for the same reason, i cant think of any other way 

But as i said before, the error is in all folders, even Cpanel. so it's not and SMF or TP error

I dont know how you shopuld be bale to move the site when we cant get to anything regarding your site.

I suggest you start over at a host that knows what they are doing, you present host doesent seem to care at all
