Timezone Update 2007

I am not sure if the timezone update is effecting the entire world but would like to announce that the USA Congress has decided to change the date of the daylight savings (they say to save money )
This means that any automatic daylight savings on any electronics including computers will be screwed up

Luckily, I found a fix on Microsoft... http://support.microsoft.com/dst2007
If you do a Windows Update, this should also be a fix
