Package manager in SMF

I have installed Tiny Portal, and it's working as it should, however, package manager doesn't seem to realise this:

1. TinyPortal 0.971  [ Apply Mod ] [ List Files ] [ Delete ]

Can someone please tell me why it is doing this and how I can fix it?
