I just installed SMF 1.1.2 then I added the Azure Theme, all is well after a bug fix in a template file (thax to Bloc). I then went to add TP only to find its not compatible with this release of SMF, Is there a fix for this, or will TP come soon with a new release that works with SMF 1.1.2?

If you use the search or look in the install board we have you will find a sticky post with a package posted by IchBin that will work.
However, you have done things the wrong way.
First, you have to set your forum to use the DEFAULT smf theme when you install TP, then you need to use a TP   version of the Azure theme.

So look in the install board, the sticky posts will tell you what you need to know.

THX I did do a search but the results were mixed, I am thankful that you pointed  me to this,
his package does upload and install under the default theme, but seems I'm missing the portal part, guess Ill have to re install from scratch, and I did use the Azure theme for TP

If you see tinyportal from the default theme, you have indeed the wrong theme version installed.
Simply uninstall Azure again from the Admin/Themes and Layout/Themes and settings/ Click the X to uninstall Azure
Then through FTP, go in and remove the azure folder from the themes dir compleatly.

After that look up the Azure Final TP version and install it , that should bring TP in to that theme to.

Thanks for your help :)
Did what you said, still no TP?, so I did a re install, then TP, strange thing here is, Where is the portal? all I still see is just plain SMF, says I have TP installed!, there isnt any block menu on admin to manage TP..
I have other sites with SMF and TP all works on them...(older versions)
could it be the package from IchBin, doest work?

IchBin

More than likely not the package, but your server that is screwing it up. Have you tried the manual install? Stickied in this board.

well here is what I did,
I deleted all files and total install as new using the SMF 1.1.2 and TP_0971 from IchBin
I used the Azure for TP+SMF 1.1 Final.
This Time i installed in a sub folder instead of the public folder, all went without error or any troubles, like it has on many an install, this was the 1st time I have had any problems, and the only difference was the directory it was installed in  ???
Wanted to add this, the 1st install in the public folder was saying that the "temp" folder wasnt found in the "Package" folder, or writable, so I made a temp folder, all the TP files were in there but none were added to the SMF files. On the sub folder install, I did Not get the temp folder error and went perfectly
