Inserting an image in an article.?

Now this will be a simple one for most of you.

I need to insert an image in an article but when I hit browse in doesn't show me any of my images.

I insert this into the url box /public_html/sijetais/Images

I have tried other variations but I still can't see my images.

What am I doing wrong ?

Ps.: May be the browse option coul let us navigate into our foldes. Just a suggestion.
