Fellas, this one has me really perplexed.  I have read through numerous articles searching for a solution but nothing quite like this one.  Perhaps you guys can help.

I am trying to allow ALL groups, EXCEPT those not logged in (Guests), to see the Sitemap - Downloads box on the frontpage.  I've seen this is done on each category by setting those permissions with the checkboxes.  I have done that as prescribed.

So here is the thing, new members who are logged in as 'EVORL Members' and who have the least amount of permissions since they are in a post-based group, can see and download, but my Admins who have a ton of permissions cannot.  Here are some screenshots of what I am talking about.  What am I missing here?

My head is about to explode  ::)

Uhm, what are you trying to achieve..? That the link to downloads section shows for your admins - or allow them to manage downloads? I am little confused lol.

Yes, that the link to the downloads section shows for my Admins, but also for everyone who is registered.  The only ones I do not want to see that link our guests.  I thought what I did above would achieve that but apparently not.

No I don't need them to 'manage downloads', just able to access and download them.

How are they getting access now? A menu item or thru the sitemap block?
You can limit who can access thru the sitemap by editing the groups via admin of the block. Or you can limit what folders they can see if you allow them to see the sitemap menu by editng the categories.

Boy do I feel stupid.....yes, apparently I added that block before I added all of those groups and it had all of my groups unchecked except for 3 groups!  Thanks for pointing that out.  I thought it was probably something I overlooked but I had no idea it would be that simple!  Thanks a bunch!

No problem, glad we got it situated.
