Full site Backup restore ?Helpppp me with this error plz

Hi All,
I have my TP 0.9.7.1 and SMF 1.1.2 site. Today I got full site backup (created in CP of my old host account) restored in my new host account. I can see the following error

Can anyone help me what this means ?    How Can I fix it ?

Browse to simplemachines.org and ther downloadsection.
Then in the tools section you have a file called repair_settings.php

Download that file, upload it to your forum root folder and point the browser to that file.
Follow the steps and see if you get it right.

If not (and you can browse the forum) you have to change the dirs for the themes, smileys and attachments manually in the admin section
