2 big errors

well the error is MORE BIG!
I have uninstall all the mod an the error continue
But...continue with all the themes!!!!
I change at default theme and i have this error
I change at ancient and restd theme and i have the error

then its confirmed that it can not be related to a theme

Ask the mod author of Global announcements for the file edits and remove them manually

Or you can use this tool: http://server.daniel15.com/smf/package.php

put in it the package for global announcements, specify that you want to install and put in your version number

it will show you where to make edits in which files...find them and remove them manually and the mod will be uninstalled
