Confused...

I'm new to SMF and TinyPortal.  In past experiences I've installed the forums to one directory (/forums) and the portal in the root dir (/), but with tiny portal it doesn't seem to work like that?

Should I be installing SMF to the root, and just adding Tiny portal as a module from there?

The directory structure is messing me up.

Can someone enlighten me please.
