TP_0971 error ZIP file

Long ours before I have realised where it goes wrong by installing TP 0971 ...
The ZIP file is NOT in a good condition for SMF 1.1.1 (where i have test with).

After a few tries to get TP installed on a brand new SMF installation and the error that the package file is corrupt or ..... TotalCommander has give me the reason why ....
TotalCommander has a build in zip/unzip function.
With unzipping the pakage to a local map NO problem occured.
When I tried to restore 1 unzipped file, back in the package, TotalCommander gives me the SAME error, that the zip file is corrupted ....
So I rebuild the complete package again in a ew zip file and ... BINGO !!! It works like a charme.

I hope my English is good enough to understand this issue.

Maybe advisible to check the zip file witch is here in the download zone ...
I have tried a few times, and downloaded the file with IE7, Mozilla and Opera.
Every time the same error from the zip file

I am sure it will get checked, I download and used it last night with no problems, but to make sure it is fine,    there is no doubt that it will get check into.
