Website PHP Code (somehow..)

Ok I have the custom actions mod installed.
I would like to let my users create there own little site limited to like 5 pages. Through php is this possible.
index.php?action=sites
(and there is a submit form to making a site and they can only submit if they are a member)
When it submits it creats the page they wanted.

They put: bwa in the form under url
and it will create a sub action and would display like.
index.php?action=sites;sa=bwa
To edit there site they would have to go to
index.php?action=sites;sa=admin and edit there site depending on who they're logged on as.

If this is too hard to work with Custom Actions Mod. Tell me how to make it through manually without any mod.

Brian, you REALLY have to start learning the way of this forum now.
You are posting about every little thing, and frankly, we are not your moms and dads here.

For referencis.

1. We support TinyPortal mod for SMF, not every other mod you install from SMF or any other site.
When it comes to TP, we provide you the help we can (not as your personal staff helper on your site) but the help we give any one else here.

2, Why cant we support you in all the ways you want. Cause you are installing things from other sites, other mods NOT provided by Bloc or this site. WHEN you use other mods, and need help with them, SEEK help where you GOT them from, ask the authors for the mods to help you. We have pretty much to do with TP and over 100 thousand other members to this site.

3. You are also pretty anoying to. The last help i gave you with your SQL question ( relevant to TP as TP uses SQL to) and i gave you a link to the SQL support site where ALL possible answers are. And what did you give me back for the help ? A smiley that moons right in the face with a comment about the help you got.
That for one thing I will not accept at all.
Eather you are here and we help you in the same ways as we help any other member in here, we are NOT your personal forum keepers. If you want to have a site, learn how to use it, caus frankly, we are not the ones that are suppose to run it for you.  If you install things, read BEFORE you actually just through your self in to things you dont know how to handle.

So from now on.
If you have questions, make sure they are about TP and not some other mod you got from god knows where.
AND, if you want to run a forum, you have to do so on your own, we have quite a lot on our hands as is for the other 100 000 members we have to.

But to answer your question Brian, what you're asking for is a custom job. Something, that in my mind you woud either have to find someone with the spare time to actually write that modification, or someone that you could pay to do it. Definately not something a coder can just spit out with the push of the "easy" button.
