where did my article editor go?

i was using the editor to add pictures etc. to my frontpage articles but now i can't use it cause there is only an empty blok to add my article..

It is already in the bugtracker...          no known quick fix that I am aware of.

May be fixed in the forthcoming .9.8 release. (which does not have a scheduled date)
