New members can't register cause Visual verification don't show

resolved. the problem is with utf-8

I reistalled smf with NO utf-8, load my backup and italian NO utf-8 language.
I reinstalled tinyportal and it's say i have utf-8?!?
load italian no utf-8 for tinyportal

now all works fine
so I think the problem is in tinyportal AND utf-8 or in the italian utf-8 files for tinyportal, but I'm a newbe so....

however:

• smf 111 + utf-8 + italian language utf8 all working
• smf 111 + utf-8 + italian language utf8 + tiny 0971 + utf-8 italian for tiny = visual verification not working
• smf 111 + utf-8 + italian language utf8 + tiny 0971 + utf-8 italian for tiny and after unistallation of tiny = all working
• smf 111 + italian language = all working
• smf 111 + italian language +tiny0971 + italian language for tiny = all working

I went to the register page there and everything on the visual verification worked fine for me.

yes! reistalling all the stuff I moved from isenzasenzo.com/smf to Isenzasenzo.com.

now all is working fine, but I said now I have utf-8 disabled. I think the problem is with utf-8 like I said in the previous post.
