need help installing tp 0.9.7

hi, im having trouble with the poackage manager install, everytime i press apply mod it tells me package corrupt or not for this version, btw im running on 1.1.1, so maybe if a trusted member who knows about adding mods, editing a theme to make tp work, could they contact me if there willing to install the mod onto my forum, thanks!

im exaclty to good with the hole coding thing, kinda why i needed smf,

but my problem is:

1 i install the mod
2 i click apply mod
3 i get this error message:



and i cant exactly manual install cause last time i tryed a maunual install i kinda need to wip my hole site and databsae

Yes, we KNOW you will get that error as TP V.097 are not updated to work in the packagemanager with that version of SMF.

If you read the link PhilH posted, you would have known this to.

The manuall install or apply the changes to the .XML file in the TP V.097 package can help you get pass the error.

I have edited the xml file file twice ( on 2 1.1.1 clean installs, test forums) and each time I get the blank white screen.

I'd like to try the manual install, but the thread where this is addressed is somewhat confusing.

I think i have written the steps now like 50 times the last 2 weeks alone.
So please look in the installations board for the steps you need to take.
