Articles coded into a scriptbox?

Wondering if this is possible.

We're running the latest TP on the latest SMF.  We use the TP article system for user-submitted reviews.

Our "front page" is has a different look than the forum itself, calling on a different style sheet.

What we're trying to do is put a 'block' on the front page, which shows the existing articles... automatically updating as new articles are approved (with newest on top)... BUT, the kicker is that we want to place this content inside a custom-styled block.

ie.  The built-in functions of TP allow us to put Category Blocks on the front page, but if we place the block on the with Frame/Title enabled, the look of it is the "forum" look, and not what we want, as it doesn't match the front page, and also is pushed to the left edge of the page, not centered.

If we set it with Frame/Title disabled, then it's just plain, unattractive text, pushed onto the left of the page.

What we want to do is place the automatically-updating article "feed" (for lack of a better word) inside a block in which we've set our own style... centered on the page, given it our own background, surrounded it with out own "frame", etc.

eg.  Look here:  www.othersi.com

The center "Headlines" block, is built with a custom table, custom header image, custom "frame" , etc... all inside a "Script Box".

So... the question is... can we somehow place the Article content in our own custom script box?

We've done up a "mock-up" block with a few articles listed (again, at www.othersi.com) showing what we're trying to achieve.

Ideally, we'd like to have this updated automatically, showing all... or the last X number of reviews.

(as a side note... perhaps this thread would be better in the Block Snippet board?  if so, could it be moved?)
