Board Specific Search

I will be creating a specific board in my forum that I will want the members to be able to search.  I only want to search this specific board, and have the rsults show like links.

It's like pulling up the advanced search box and filling in all of the information except what is being searched.

I want to create a block or an article for this, and maybe a button to show up when that board is in focus. 

I believe that I will be modifying the advace search code, but i'm having a hard time tracking it down

I am using SMF 1.1.1, TP 0.97, Leviathan 1.1 final

This is something you will have to ask over at the SMF forum as the search is their code and not TPs.
So point the browser there and cross your fingers that they will help you in any way the can

As G6â„¢ mentioned, itââ,¬â,,¢s an SMF specific Problem, but the answer is very easy.

The search box perform a search only in the specific board you are actually viewing.
So, if I understand you correct, your request is already implemented

Try Suggestions & Feedback and enter Board Specific Search into the search box.

Then try the same in this thread.
You see, it perform a search only in this thread and nowhere else.

To put the Search Box in a block, look at Basic SSI FAQ  @ simplemachines.org .
