html in my forum path

Im not sure what I did if its a setting or an error but when veiwing this forum the path is

http://www.tinyportal.net/index.php?board=7.0

on my forum it changes all the paths to

http://www.ligs.us/smf3/index.php/board,23.0.html

is there a way to change it back?
