upcoming birthdays

is there any code around for upcoming birthdays (events, etc) in a block?

They these in a php-block:

for just birthdays:

for holidays:

and for the whole calendar:

That will only give today's stuff, I'm looking for upcoming birthdays (incl today's by the way)

No, the function names are confussion but it actually gives all birthdays in i think 7 days.

An even longer if you set the timespan higher. "Admin / calendar" or "admin / features and options / calendar".

Is there a way to also display the dates of the birthdays?

Now it sais for example:
gijs (32)

when clicking on a name/age, it only shows the members/users profile, but the birthday is lacking, so no clue when the birthday is...

what I like is:
gijs (32, nov 23)

or something similar.

No, not unless you make your own database call or edit ssi.php
