TP 0.9.7 errors after update

I uninstalled TP 0.9.7 and then updated SMF to 1.1.1,  I then reapplied the TP mod (using the modified XML) file and get the following errors

Execute Modification ./Sources/Load.php Test failed
10. Execute Modification ./Themes/default/index.template.php Test failed
11. Execute Modification ./Sources/Subs.php Test failed
13. Execute Modification ./Sources/Security.php Test failed

TP is working fine with the exception of the TP block.  There is no longer a block for TP.  I can get to the TP admin functions such as articles and the shout box by manually entering the URL for it.  Any suggestions?

Thanks grabman,  I did...unfortunately this happened after I modded the XML file to install on 1.1.1 - I am just wondering what I will need to edit to have my TP admin box show back up
