sort=subject?

I am getting the following error when I try to do just about anything

The requested URL /forums/index.php;sort=subject was not found on this server.

I was changing settings the first time it occurred and now I can't seem to even log back in.

Any ideas?

Any other mods installed ? Seems like the index.php is trying to call something thats not precent anymore, perhaps an old mod before an upgrade ?

no - it's a brand new install.  I ended up just deleting the template files directory (wiki style) and it was fine when it reverted back to default (or none)
