Hide Right Bar for Download Section

How would I hide the right bar for the downloads section, while keeping it on the front page?

I dont think the right bar should show in the download section, but the left bar does,

The right bar does show though, thats the problem. Yes its right.

Those are settings in the downlaods manager.
In the downloads manager go to settings then toward the bottom you will see:

[checkbox]  Show left panel
[checkbox]  Show right panel
[checkbox]  Show center panel
[checkbox]  Show userinfo/news at the top

just uncheck the ones that you don't want to show in the downloads sections...
