Error on line 145

When I try to install Tinyportal, i read

Fatal error: Maximum execution time of 120 seconds exceeded in D:\Inetpub\webs\(mysite)\public\ocg\tp_install.php on line 145

What's the problem?

Just what it say, your server you try to install on make the script time out.
Try and install again and see if it just was one time thing, and if it happends again, you have to install TP manually with the manual install package
