Hi

I would like to have an content heading link to an application form that has a submit button which will then be emailed to our recruiters.  Anyone got any advice.  BTW I have one already but it works only sometimes and the other thing is some people cannot see it.

Have you tried a stand alone for, and including it using an iframe? I use one for e-mail, and it works a treat.

Find a script that works all by itself when accessing it from your site. You can then include that script into an article by placing this code in the article.
