Not seeing bars after new install

Maybe I'm missing something.  Just installed latest version of TP, and all went well.  Have left most TP settings on their defaults.  Using Babylon theme.  Adjusted Babylon's index.template.php to include a custom header.php & footer.php.

Set Frontpage settings to "Go directly to forum index". 

But I still don't see any bars or blocks.  Maybe I missed an important installation step?  What am I doing wrong?  My forums URL is http://forums.poz.com/index.php.

It doesn't appear that TinyPortal is installed on your forum. Do you see the TP stuff in the core theme?

Ah, I figured it out.  My FTP program wasn't downloading the altered index.template.php file, so I reposted the original after adding the "include('header.php')".

It's working now.  Sorry for the confusion.
