Two Forum Buttons?

I just installed TP 1.0.5 and now I have two forum buttons. How can I get rid of one?

You will have to go through all code according to the modinstructions in the documentation and check for the duplicate code.
Remove the duplicate code from the index.template.php file, but if i were you i would check the other files aswell so they dont have the same issue with duplicate code in them to.
