Front page forum news issue. AGAIN......

First off before any mods comes in here screaming "use the search feature", I have and no it wasn't any help.

I am trying to fist the front page of my sites forum news to be displayed like in the past where all of my news posts are displayed directly below and the same width as the one above.

It's stuck on this layout and it's horrible and no matter what I do in the admin section, I cant solve this. Assuming layout A was the answer in the tiny portal admin section, its not doing anything, is there a way to fix this please?

Forget it, i just wiped out all of my database Tp tables and did a fresh installation of the previous version.
I will not bother upgrading again.
