Mod/Block Challenge: History Logged for The day> then posts in forum

Sorry, I looked at the mod on the smf, but it doesnt keep history automatically..
I tried the search but I didnt really get anything.. So I was wondering if there is a mod/block(not really sure the difference) that can keep history and view the users that logged in for "Today" Or the last 24 hours..

So I am wondering if there is:
a mod/block/script that will make a thread in the forum(for history).. at the end of the day, of the people who logged in..

for example in the forum:

A thread is made:

Monday, July 9th 2007(clicked)

post says>

USER 1 (time) of the last active
USER 2 (time) etc..

Then Locks the thread..

Then the next day.. etc..

AND.. TP accessible to make as a block in the TP settings, Left block add..

I know Im asking too much.. but i must be  idiot2
