Cannot type in a tag

I downloaded the new TP 1.0 beta 3 on to my test website this morning (which has smf 1.1. , everything is great except I cannot type into the add tag field?

Any ideas?

I assume you are doing that from the admin panel --> Modules and Tags --> Tags

No.  On the thread itself, I "show" the tag area and then attempt to add a tag and I am unable to type in anything.  The cursor blinks, but nothing types.

You must add tags from the admin panel. Go here:  admin panel --> Modules and Tags --> Tags

you can't go into a topic, and tag it?

You can go into a topic and tag it after you have added tags thru the admin panel.

so the tags in topics, boards, articles, etc is limited to any tags entered on the admin side?

I'd have to really do some thinking to think about all of the possibilities that I would need to add ...

I agree that it takes some pre-thought. if I am wrong I hope someone comes and lets me/us know. But from what I understand that is how it is done.  Maybe in the future Bloc will add the ability to add a Tag at the time you make/edit topics, articles, etc...

It is, you administrate the tags on the admin apge, then assign them later on in articles/topics etc.

But I can see the use of a quick-add of tags right where you assign them too.
