Which theme are you using here?

I don't think this is just a feature of TP G6, it's a feature of the theme.

The roleover for the roadmap is something thats added to TP what i know.
There is some mods with roleover effects to blocks and other areas, but that is mods and nothing with TP at all.
The effect on this site is something that Bloc added in so i believe that it is a TP thing here anyway

Non of the Bz themes are public, they are only for TinyPortal at this time

i can help do themes just tell me how i can do it , i don't know much of codes only graphics ..

so if you would like to join me on theme project .. that's will be great ..

about the theme will be for every one .. and anyone can use it .. about the CSS and so i can't do it only graphics ..

If you want to make themes you just make them
There are no specific theme maker staff here, those who want to make themes and share them have free hands as long as they have the origin theme authors permissions if you use some other theme as base.
But if you make one from scratch you can do pretty much what you want with it
