Main center Article on TP site only visible when logged in

I would like for even the guests when not logged in to see the maing article in the center of tp, but right now just a login box is there. IF i log in then the article shows up in center. Probably just a permission somewhere but i been pulling my hair out trying to find it :-). Can anyone help me please.

In your admin panel under features and options make sure the allow guest to browse the forum is checked.
