I'm about to integrate TP and Coppermine, and have exactly four problems.  8)

This is what is installed: SMF 1.1.2, TP 0.9.7, Coppermine 1.4.10, and Blue101 theme

First of all, in the forum admin, my TP menu is totally empty. All forms with TP content are blank. What can be wrong?

Second, when I tried to uninstall TP to upgrade to the newest version, I was told a setup file was missing, so I could not complete the uninstall. How can I uninstall manually, or correct this?

Third, I want to integrate TP and Coppermine. Guess I need TP to work properly first, but what is the best way to integrate them. There is a wizard in coppermine for integration (bridge). Is this enough? Can anyone give me a hint to a link with the correct instructions for bridging TP and coppermine?

Fourth: some avatar-icons does not show. The default avatars are showing, but custom avatars are only showing in Opera but not in IE. Any idea why?

Thanx a LOT in advance  :P

First = you're using a custom theme or your language files are not properly setup. Make sure you have all TP language files in Themes/default/languages/ (Check the default theme to see if you have the TP admin menu).

Second = because you updated the forum to 1.1.2 and the tinyportal package is not updated. You need to download the zip from your packages directory and add the 1.1.2 to the uninstall line so that it knows what version of SMF you're using.

Third = head to SMF to see how to integrate it with the CP gallery. Yes, you use the bridge.

Fourth = head to SMF and ask them why as this is not SMF support.
